Founder and CEO

Ana Cavalleri is a business consultant and founder of Cavalleri Consulting, a firm dedicated to helping Portuguese SMEs improve operational efficiency, embrace digital transformation, and pursue sustainable, profitable growth.

With 30+ years of automotive industry experience, including leadership roles in global operations, business transformation and program management, she has led large-scale initiatives across multiple geographies. Her work ranges from implementing Industry 4.0 solutions to streamlining back-office operations and delivering strategic cost reductions..

She holds an MBA in Digital Transformation (The Lisbon MBA Executive – Católica|Nova in collaboration with MIT Sloan). She is a certified Black Belt and Program Manager, fluent in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.

At Cavalleri Consulting, she combines deep operational knowledge with a hands-on, collaborative approach to help businesses grow with clarity and confidence.
