Founder and CEO

After over 30 years in multinational companies within the automotive sector, where she worked in various areas such as occupational safety, human resources, engineering, strategic business planning, transformation, and project management, Ana dedicated herself to business consultancy, using her experience to enhance the success of her Clients.

Ana is a Mechanical Engineer by education, having graduated in 2022 with a Master in Business Administration in Digital Transformation from The Lisbon MBA.

Driven by a deep-rooted passion for excellence and customer focus, Ana leverages her experience to foster the growth of businesses and organizations, emphasising people development.
