Ana Cavalleri

Founder and CEO

Ana worked for 30+ years in some of the biggest multinational companies within the automotive industry in areas such as strategy, business planning, transformation, and project management before starting to work as a business consultant freelancer.

A Mechanical Engineer by education, Ana most recently graduated with a Master in Business Administration in Digital Transformation – The Lisbon MBA.

Driven by a deep-rooted passion for excellence and customer focus, Ana leverages her experience to foster the growth of businesses and organizations, emphasising people development.
